So, Gordon is worried

Well I just watched the news, and now I’m worried. Our esteemed PM has called an emergency meeting because of the weather forecast for tomorrow. He has taken action about something, he is anticipating that there may be consequences, that a plan might be a good idea. Yes, I’m worried about ‘the storm’, I mean ’severe gale force 11 winds’ that sounds pretty fierce, but I am equally concerned that some alien body-snatcher may have taken control of our Prime Minister and is making him accept that he has responsibility for his citizens safety. No, that would be too good to be true, there must be some other agenda.

Thats the storm that hit us in Eastern Ontario last night. The difference being that it gave us 50cm+ of snow. It rattled our windows and was pretty fierce. Luckily, everthing here is either covered in snow or frozen solid so there was very little damage.

Nicola – No snow here, thankfully. You know what us Brits are like when it comes to snow, 2 cms and we cease functioning!

I remember it well! In fact, at times like these, when the snowbanks are taller than I am, I miss England. No surprise there!
